Welcome to Cozy Cabin

Please help us keep the cabin peaceful, clean, and safe for everyone on the property.

  1. Maximum Occupancy The cabin is for registered guests only, with a maximum of 2 guests.
  2. No Visitors or Parties No outside visitors, parties, events, or gatherings are allowed on the property.
  3. No BBQ or Open Flames BBQ grills, fire pits, candles, and open flames are not allowed on the premises.
  4. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
  5. Shared Pool The pool is shared with the host family living in the main house. It is not private or exclusive to the cabin.
  6. Pool Safety Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
  7. No Glass by Pool No glass bottles, cups, or dishes are allowed in or around the pool area.
  8. Yard and Pool Area Guests may use the yard and pool respectfully. Please keep all outdoor areas clean.
  9. No Smoking Inside No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
  10. Furniture and Linens Please do not move furniture or take indoor items, towels, pillows, or linens outside.
  11. Report Issues Please report damage, spills, missing items, or maintenance issues right away.
  12. Checkout Time Late checkouts are not allowed unless approved in advance. Unauthorized late checkout is $50 per hour.
